The March 1943 Bureau of Naval Personnel Information Bulletin — soon to be renamed All Hands — ran this report on the U.S. Navy’s largest prisoner of war camp for Japanese captives. Pages 25 and 47 of the issue document the facilities and conditions at which Japanese prisoners taken during the opening phases of the Pacific war were held.
